Any preset values such as lower/higher health, slower/faster speed cannot be changed using items. =Example: Lurker is not allowed to buy any items that give it extra health. Juggernaut or Space marine is not allowed to buy boots of speed. 2. Skinned races such as Antlion and Guardian is not allowed to buy skin changing items.(mole/disguiser) 3. All other races with 100hp and/or 100% speed is allowed to buy value altering items. 4. Damage items can be bought no matter the race. Further rules may be added as situations change in time.  | ||
